    All packages are designed for graduation ceremonies with up to 400 students. Larger events may incur additional costs and require coordination in advance.

  • ⏱️ Event Duration
    Package pricing reflects ceremonies up to 2 hours in length. Additional time is billed at a pro-rated rate.
    A 2-hour setup window is required before the event start time.

    Audio feeds must be provided by the venue’s on-site AV team. If unavailable, our team can assist — additional fees may apply.

  • 📡 Internet for Livestreaming
    Livestreaming requires a dedicated internet line with a minimum upload speed of 40 Mbps.
    We recommend hardwired Ethernet. Venues with limited connectivity may require additional coordination or equipment.

  • 📸 Delivery Timelines

    • Ceremony recordings: Delivered within 72 hours

    • Highlight reels, portraits, and diploma clips: Delivered within 2–3 weeks

    • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

  • 📦 Delivery Format
    All media is delivered digitally via secure download links.
    Direct delivery to individual students or families requires coordination with the school for safety and privacy.

  • 🛠️ Revisions
    Photo edits are not included. Photography is delivered fully edited.
    Video revisions (e.g., logo swaps, timing edits, color adjustments) are available upon request and may affect delivery timelines and cost.

  • Yes! We offer both a custom branded stream page and the option to embed the livestream directly on your school’s website — we’ll just need to coordinate with your IT team in advance.
